About this Event
This is a seminar series on planning for post-secondary transitions. We invite young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) ages 14 +, their parents, family members, educators, and care providers to learn about topics related to post-secondary transition. This workshop is conducted by our chapter to assist parents and young adults with understanding resources and planning for life after high school.
