YoungLife BINK is proud to host its first 5K run in support of Friends of Firefighters. The Grand 5K, at The Grand Forest will be held on Saturday, September 11th. On this twentieth anniversary of the attacks, YoungLife BINK has selected Friends of Firefighters to receive the proceeds from the racer’s registration. Friends of Firefighters is a non-profit established to provide wellness and mental health services to the FDNY community. YoungLife BINK has been working with junior high and high school students for more than two decades. We are in it with kids and accept them as they are-no strings attached. This year on Bainbridge Island and in North Kitsap area alone, more than 200 teens were invited to experience life as God designed it to be lived.

Money from our supporters has allowed us to put on this incredible event where we can support another nonprofit and pay tribute to our first responders
