Community Meal

Community Meal – every second Friday Oct-Dec 2021 – 5-6pm – Village Green Community Center – https://www.facebook.com/events/196694662548242

The upcoming Kingston Community Meal will be in the form of a free “Grab ‘n Go” dinner. Because of the COVID-19 situation, this event will be held outside the main entrance to the Village Green Community Center building in Kingston, located at 26159 Dulay Road NE.
The boxed meal will be available to guests between 5 and 6 pm or until all have been given out. Diners must drive up Dulay Road NE and following traffic instructions from volunteers, stop in front of the Village Green Community Center building where the meal will be handed to the guests through their car windows. All volunteers who will be handing out the boxed dinners, will be wearing masks. We ask that everyone remain in their vehicles.
We encourage other community groups, workplaces, churches, clubs and organizations to sign up at Kingston Cares (www.kingstoncares.org) to provide future dinners.
Please help us spread the word about the meal. We want to ensure that people who are having difficulty stretching their food budgets get this information. Everyone who would like to enjoy a home cooked meal is invited and welcome to join us at our next Kingston Community Meal event.
The meal is free, however, as always, if people want to give back, a donation envelope will be available. Donations can also be sent to Kingston Cares, P.O. Box 876, Kingston 98346 address.
